What's up at the Field-Bennetts

I'm new to the Blogging thing, but this should be a fun way to keep everyone updated on the Field-Bennett Family happenings.

Deanna and I have our 3 sons, Dominic (just turned 2), Carlos (just turned 1) and Trey (2 weeks old) and they are keeping us OH SO BUSY. It's fun watching them grow and play and they truly amaze us every day. That sounds lame, I know, but kids are a life altering experience to say the least.

Dominic's situation is still very much up in the air, he's been here for almost a year and a half and we just can't imagine him not being with us forever. He's a total 2 year old, is telling us "no" and starting to express his wishes. He sure does know how to push our buttons! I think he'll be a gymnast or a rock climber, he's up on everything and never wants his feet on the ground. He loves his cars, too so maybe a race car driver is in his future, who knows!

Carlos is just a love...he's always giving us the best hugs! He's almost walking (he can do it and will take 4-5 steps at a time, but he doesn't have the confidence yet) and he's into everything. He's very opinionated and throws good ol fashion tantrums when he doesn't get his way. Passionate is the best word to describe him. He's never seen a food he doesn't like and is doing great feeding himself with a spoon now and is starting to drink from a regular cup. We think he's a genius, too...he can stack blocks and say a few words "juice", "bird", "mama", "pee pee" (we're especially proud of that one).

Trey is a sweetheart, he doesn't do too much now except for sleep but when he's awake he is so alert and loves when we talk and sing to him. He's got a great head of black hair and super big hands and feet and long fingers and toe. Basketball player maybe? He could be the one to go pro and support his mamas. We'll see!

Thanks for reading, I'll try to post as often as I can. I'm hoping to just have this be a daily diary where I can say what we did that day. Anyone who's interested can take a look at a snapshot of our daily lives.

Enjoy!
